When we started fulltiming we knew other people were living and working fulltime in their trailers but we hadn’t actually met a lot of them in person. A few months ago Technomadia, whom we have followed extensively and used their various posts and handbooks to successfully work on the road, posted photos from the first Xscapers Convergence at the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. Kate signed us up as Escapees immediately and we planned to make their next convergence in Quartzsite, AZ.
Kate and I love beer. In fact our first conversation was about beer and how she thought I was a wimp for not liking IPA’s. When we travel to new towns we like to goto bars but even better we like to find local breweries and drink good fresh unique beer.
We rolled into Rare Form after doing a river boat cruise in Albany. Someone mentioned Rare Form when we asked about breweries in the area so we headed that way and man are we happy we did. First off all Troy is a unique and neat little town. It has had its ups and downs but seems to be doing well now, or at least coming up a bit, and Rare Form seems like a solid identifier that quality small businesses are taking hold.
The first time we visited we met Jenny, one of the owners, and talked about the brewery and how great all the beer is. I mentioned wanting to interview them for a video and after we got our schedules to work that is what you see above.
Roger was on the Our Big Dumb Mouth show last week with Mike and talked about living fulltime in a Trailer and poo.
Took Dazey and Enzo to the Brohard Paw Park today. Its like a dog park but its a beach so its friggin awesome. They had a great time and behaved themselves and were awesome. Roger shot some video and made this for your enjoyment.
We love our dogs and we love to exercise. However we have been trying to train our dogs to be better on the leash and it can get very tiring when walking them.
Recently we had a great training session with a local Orlando dog trainer, Heather of Think Alpha Dog … Contact Heather … 407.922.0285
. One of the devices she recommended was the Bike Tow Leash which simply attaches to your bike and lets you exercise your dog while riding your bike. You can buy these on Amazon – Bike Tow Leash (Disclosure – If you click this link we may get paid some change by Amazon).
As you can see in the video the dogs love running with them and bike handling is very solid.
